Oh to flow on this journey of life drawing great example from the River
Taking birth at its source it moves on its journey which is pre – destined to merge with the Vast Ocean where it will become one with the whole.
Its entire life is run between the banks that have been cut out while making its path which give it the boundaries of discipline. Sometimes it does overflow its sides but is soon brought back to reality of the course and then continues its journey
There are boulders and obstacles encountered which it either cuts through, jumps over or simply flows out from under. This is its way.
All this is done while merrily humming a song or a tune. It is happy and partakes freely of its waters to anyone who wishes to draw from them or sail on it or live in it carrying them on its back without any hesitation or complaint
It also, when called upon, help generate power and energy , which will be used for the luxury and facilitation of other’s lives .
Another lesson
When a fire unexpectedly rages across the field the farmer and farm hands rush to create a fire break and first feed it at the edge
The greedy fire stops to consume the offering ,pausing on its way ,while other counter - measures are put in place .
#crisismanagement?
The fire then loses its volition and hesitates to make the leap across the space ahead and is then subdued or dies a natural death .
It may be called a " give the dog a bone " method
Can it be useful for fighting 'fires ' in our corporate and personal lives ( Eg. #addictions )?
